What exactly is in the free plan
All features: Lemnispace (the relationship timeline), communication history, reminders, contacts and companies, CSV import, export anytime, roles and permissions. The only difference from the paid plan is the limit: 100 companies and 200 contacts. No feature is hidden behind a higher tier — there is no higher tier, just one.
Where is the catch
There is none — just an honest business model. We believe that by the time your customers outgrow 200 contacts, Lemnio will be earning you enough that €20 per user per month feels fair. Until then, you owe us nothing — details on the pricing page.

What happens when I outgrow the limit?+
We let you know in advance. Upgrading takes two clicks and your data stays exactly where it is — and if you choose not to upgrade, the free plan keeps working; you just cannot add more contacts.
Do I need a credit card?+
No. Registration requires no card — you enter payment details only when you decide to move to the paid plan.
Can I use the free plan commercially?+
